Friday, July 8, 2016, doors + live music at 7pm, screening at dusk: Outdoor Summer Screening: Jaws at Historic Elitch Gardens Theatre
Come enjoy a classic movie under the stars. Admission is $5 per person; children 6 and under are free. Guests can enjoy live music before the film, which will begin at dusk. Food and drink will be available for purchase and all proceeds from concession sales support the continued restoration of the historic theatre.

Meet in the Street is a program launched by the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District that encourages people to get outside and walk, bike, eat, and enjoy the 16th Street Mall in a new and different way. This week’s event will feature yoga, live music, lucha libre, ArtBlast!, expanded patio seating, a silent disco, and a whole slew of activities for kids. FREE.

The Dikeou Collection’s Family Saturday Workshops are a great way for people of all ages to learn more about contemporary art and experiment with new creative processes. This month’s project is inspired by the work of Chris Johanson. Participants in this workshop will create their own miniature-sized mountains and fortresses out of paper mache + wood and after, paint quotes on their creation from a selection of provided literature. This workshop is FREE to all attendees; drop-in anytime. Light refreshments will be provided.
