WEEKLY EVENTS: November 27, 2015 – December 3, 2015

12240962_10153163331191776_5772714718814451326_oDenver!

This weekend, it’s easy to get caught up in weather reports, travel plans, family drama, and Thanksgiving Pinterest fails, but I do hope you can take a moment to think about what’s good.

This year, I am extremely grateful for having a new warm house, a very tolerant monkey (let’s face it, I am a micro-managing machine!), my health, a hilarious and kind family, friends who let me be me, a job, a public transportation system that takes me to it, the ability to walk and bike to my heart’s content, a platform for expressing myself (#DearDenver), a city that I love, and an immediate world that feels pretty safe.

Thanks to all of yous for reading and I hope you have a wonderful time with your family, whether they be blood-related or otherwise. Hugs.

(And as per youzh, check-out Westword’s 10 things to do for $10 in Denver blog for free/low-cost events this weekend, including Take Back Your Black Friday at Clyfford Still Museum and Little Man’s Holiday Lights at Little Man Ice Cream.)
